Don't push yourself too hard.

Hello!
This is Makiko. The designer of KARAKU by me.

The topic of this blog is [Don't push yourself too hard]
The reason why I chose this topic is because I've had a sore throat since yesterday and I'm not feeling well 😅

There are four seasons in Japan, and the temperature drops very much at this time of year, so many people get sick at this time of year🤧

That's why I chose this topic as a word I want to say to myself who is not feeling well and to someone who is working too hard on something.

Actually, I have always believed like this.
"If you work hard, you'll be rewarded."
"It's worth it if you work hard."
"If you can't work hard, it's not worth it."

This is probably because we have been educated by parents and school teachers to "work hard to do what you don't like."
But I've come to understand recently.
[The harder a woman tries, the more away she gets from happiness].

If you're a hard worker, you don't want to believe this.
But this is the reality.

For example, people who are not good at work, who are working hard at a job that they don't want to do, or who think they will be evaluated by working hard are careful.

Because no matter how hard you try, you can't beat the person who is good at it.

If you give the job to someone you're good at rather than being stubborn, you'll be happier because you can do what you're good at, and you can do what you like.

Also, if you are sick like me now, taking a rest is the top priority!
Even if you force yourself to go to the office, you will catch a cold around you, so it's just annoying.

I still can't get rid of the habit of thinking, "I have to do my best!" but after I finish writing this blog, I'm going to go to bed

So everyone, don't push yourself too hard.
That will surely be a shortcut to making yourself and the people around you happy.

The balletta I'm wearing will be on sale soon♡
