After the Pop-up at Motomachi, Yokohama "no count"

Hello,
I’m Makiko, the designer of KARAKU by me.
Our two-day pop-up at "no count" in Motomachi, Yokohama on May 9th and 10th has successfully come to an end.
To everyone who visited and all those who stopped by despite their busy schedules,
Thank you so much!

I have held several pop-ups before, but the time spent talking with all of you while you hold my creations in your hands is truly special to me.
Seeing your faces light up during fittings, hearing your "So cute!" comments, and receiving your honest feedback... each of these moments becomes a huge inspiration for my future work.

For this pop-up, I also took on another big challenge.
It was creating a "Window Display."

I have experienced product arrangement and booth set-up many times, but creating a window display that expresses the entire world of the brand was a completely new experience for me.

Based on my initial sketches, I created a giant ribbon, which is the symbol of KARAKU by me.

I adorned it with small flowers and fresh greenery, and decorated the base with lemons to match the refreshing early summer air.

Before starting, I was nervous about whether I could bring my vision to life, but I was so happy to receive so many compliments on the finished display.

KARAKU by me is still a small brand. However, through the challenge of this pop-up and the window display, I feel like I can see more clearly what I am missing and what I want to cherish moving forward.
I want to take the inspiration I felt over these two days and pour it directly into my next creations and new challenges.
To those who couldn't make it this time, thank you so much for always supporting me through social media. Your support is what keeps me going.

I look forward to seeing you all again in an even more grown-up version of myself and in a space that makes your heart flutter even more. When that time comes, let's have a nice, long chat.
